About Road Rash

Road Rash is a motorcycle racing game where you compete against other riders on circuits across different locations.

In Road Rash, you take control of a motorcycle and race on various asphalt tracks. Your primary objective is to finish in one of the top three positions in each race to earn enough points to qualify for the next championship level. You steer your bike using the directional controls, managing your speed with the accelerate and brake buttons. If you crash or fall too far behind, you are disqualified from that race.

What sets Road Rash apart is the emphasis on combat. You can attack opponents with punches and kicks, or wield weapons like clubs and chains to knock them off their bikes. You also need to actively avoid obstacles like other traffic on the road and police cars that will attempt to apprehend you, often leading to spectacular crashes. Successfully managing your bike, avoiding hazards, and taking down rivals are all crucial elements to succeeding in Road Rash.

The game features a progression system where winning races allows you to enter more difficult tournaments and unlock new bikes. Between races, you can use the money earned from successful finishes to buy faster motorcycles, giving you an edge in future competitions. The courses themselves are varied, presenting different challenges and scenery as you advance through the championship.
